Tasting notes : A nicely expressive bouquet with hints of caramel and

stewed apple. Tension on the palate with just the right sweet/acid balance
and a lingering roasted finish.
Serving suggestions : Perfect as an aperitif, goes beautifully with foie
gras, blue cheeses and fruit desserts. Serve chilled at 10-12°C
Ageing potential : 30 to 40 years - Preferably to be served decanted.
